Advance orders

When orders open, items ordered ahead of stock will ship within the estimated shipping window published on the product page at the time of the order, and that window will be shown before checkout. We will not take paid orders ahead of stock without a published shipping estimate.

If a published shipping window later changes, we will email you the revised timeline along with the option to cancel for a full refund.

In-stock orders

In-stock orders are processed within [X] business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping regions & rates

Wholesale orders
