Refund Policy

Preorder cancellations

Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number and we will process the refund to your original payment method.

If the estimated shipping window for your preorder changes, we will notify you with the revised timeline, and you may cancel for a full refund at that time.

Returns of shipped products

If you're not happy with The Ripper, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your Ripper arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Email hello@packsafe.shop with your order number. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
